However, call me a bluff old traditionalist, but I'd probably end up sticking with blue.

Sounds like a rather interesting idea, but even if the option was there, I'd stick with good ol' blue.

A change of colour would be awesome, but of course people fear change, inovation, new ideas, and just about anything fresh or revolutionary, so even something as simple as switching the colour around for a month or so would cause such a gigantic gripping fear amongst the users that it would spawn threads and replies in direct opposition to it as though it was actually affecting their lives in some real way.

The blue is just fine and I think it looks quite good. If I had the option to change it I would have it in a deep purple colour. No reason other than I like purple.

Completely off subject, but why do half the polls here have options with stupid things in parenthesis following said options? I don't know about others, but to me it just looks stupid and makes the poster look like they are trying to be funny, but really bad at it.

OT: Blue fits. If it isn't broke, or horrid, why change it? This isn't facebook where they set out to make it complicated and confusing every time you get used to the new layout.

I like blue. It is a cool, relaxing color. It helps keep me from getting angry at people. The subtle pink/white color of /b/'s background seems to put me in a more trollish mood (not something common to me), and red would just make me angry over a period of time.

I'd ratherhave it blue. Its destinctive and i'd rather them work on more awesome things for the website that the fashion of the site.
