Hello, and welcome to the forums! Just a quick tip, I recommend at least putting your posts into Microsoft Word, just to do a quick spell check. I'm not trying to be mean or hurtful, but it helps you sound a lot more coherent.
Anyway, I think your problem is that you want to jump right into a game when you first play it, instead of giving it a chance to grow on you. Just play for an hour at least, as some games do take a while to get going.

Since you've played counterstrike, I'm sure you've played (or at least heard of) day of defeat: source? everyones going to recommend team fortress 2 for you because of CSS, which is a wicked game you'll probably really like (if you don't already play it) but day of defeat source is like it's lesser known cousin. It's class based WW2 combat. Really fun game, it sort of simplifies the classes in comparison to TF2, but it does it so well that I feel you really have to play it (I think there's a demo, I mean it's Valve so there's gotta be).

Try playing old puzzle adventure games like the day of the tentacle or Sam & Max hit the road, they never get old...

(I'm sorry if my spelling isn't very good)

You got bored on Just Cuase 2? o_O that's the game i play to fill in a few hours!

Could try the Pokemon games, you seem to like addictive games and apart from WoW, Pokemon is the most addictive game out there, even for people who hate Pokemon :p

Yu-Gi-Oh 5DS on the XBL arcade is a good time filler as well. If you like the card game of course.

Transformers War For Cybertron is a good game as well, But that's coming from a Transformers geek, who could probably name every single Transformer if given the chance. XD

I play a LOT of games, (and yes, I got sick of Just Cause 2 in 3 days) and the only way I can afford to get through enough games to find the 1 in 15 or so that I actually like enough to buy is by renting and playing demos. Personally, I use Gamefly and rent whatever piques my interest.

I'm playing Crackdown 2 at the moment, and I'll probably send it back tomorrow, because it pisses me off. (several pet peeves of bad game design, but that's a rant for another thread) I loved Castlevania LoS, and will rent it again another time. Prototype is a new all-time favorite for when I've had a bad day and want to be unnecessarily cruel to some NPCs.

If every game you think you'll like bores you, play some demos for games you aren't sure about. Look at the top downloaded demos for XBL and see if anything looks awesome.
Personal picks:
Splinter Cell: Conviction
Mass Effect series
Prototype
Assassin's Creed series
Chronicles of Riddick
Batman: Arkham Asylum
Fallout 3 and New Vegas
Skate 3
The list goes on...

You played the hell out of MW2, but didn't like Black Ops?
Anyway, judging by the games that you did like, I'd say check out Oblivion.
