Poll: Why so ugly?

By now, almost everyone here on The Escapist have seen the PS3 Slim, so does anyone here other than myself thinks that this thing just may be the ugliest console "update or remodel" in about a decade?
Also, does anybody think the slim will be faster than the current PS3?
What do you guys and girls think?

Yes it can, from what I've seen just like the PS2 Slim, there will be a stand for it.

Yes but don't forget, Japan didn't like the Xbox 1 because of its look and manly size. Some people are picky that way sadly.

I agree with you, I loved the way the Xbox looked. But we should care what Japan thinks, they publish and design games too, if the 360 had failed in Japan than it would have been nearly over for the Xbox brand.
