Who cares, PS3 is the worst console on the market. A smaller version of crap is still crap and it wont make people buy it more. If sony came out with better games it would be a mabye, otherwise the Ps3 is on the bottom. And the design is too blocky and it looks...awkward somehow. idk i dont like it, but its not ugly.

I was going to say the same thing. I personally don't like the look, it looks like a PS2 that's 2 months pregnant, rather than 8 months pregnant with a healthy glow. Either way, I'm getting the phat.

nah i think it looks pretty god as well, though i prefer the shiny black of the original (I guess the slim will come in different colours?) most tv's are either black or grey, so i prefer consoles with the same colour, like the look of my PS3 better than my Wii

Yes but don't forget, Japan didn't like the Xbox 1 because of its look and manly size. Some people are picky that way sadly.

Except when it comes to packing them away, then I'd rather they not be bulky.

The ps3 is a nice looking console but was too, how do I put this ..."fat". I like the new slimline version. Makes it like quite stylish.

Looks better than a 360 anyway. I just dont like the look of 360, looks like a crushed can.

OT: I actually think it looks pretty good, i'd only ever have it lay down flat anyway so you wouldnt see the flat plasticy bit.

Compared to the current PS3, Dreamcast and the Xbox/360 it's a supermodel. It's quite good looking although the cut out bit is a bit odd.
