I got mine for Gears of War and Forza. Halo3 was a disappointment but otherwise I only have like a handful of games for the system. All of its big titles are on the PC and I much prefer PC over console.

The Orange Box. My computer was, and still is, outdated as of 1999, so 360 was pretty much my only option. I asked for it for Christmas and received it.

It'd been a long, long time since I was compelled to buy a brand new console because of one game I just had to have. It's a nice feeling. Like being little all over again.

If you really are that interested and don't just want to generate flame wars then I bought my Xbox because it was cheap, has fun games, has the best controller I have ever used and so I could play my friends online

Anyway, the only reason I'd get a 360 is for the music games; aside from those, I personally think the PC is everything the consoles are and better.
