I'll get it once I can save up enough with the holidays coming up. I've gotten sick of having to trade consoles with my brother over and over since we both moved out, so it'll be nice to have a system of my own.
And of course, I know I'll get enough of the first party titles like the inevitable 3D Mario game and Zelda game and Smash Bros along with exclusives like Rayman Legends and Bayonetta 2 to justify the purchase easily. Plus Nintendo's been doing a surprisingly good job with the eShop (in terms of content. the interface has miles of room for improvement...) on the 3DS, so I'm hoping maybe they'll have some good downloadable games.
Honestly, a touchscreen makes a lot more sense and has far more practical applications than motion controls. Plus for all those saying it'll alienate developers, Sony and Microsoft are trying the same thing with Vita crossplay and SmartGlass. Also doesn't help that Microsoft and Sony's business practices through this whole generation have made me skeptical about their next sets of hardware. At least Nintendo is showing signs that they're trying to fix what they did wrong this gen...
