I definitely want to, but I need to upgrade my PC before then. My hardware is a bit outdated for a lot of modern games.

Maybe it's just me, but with developers jumping ship, the game being the last one released on xbox 360, and the 6 month delay, I'm starting to lose interest...

Bioshock 2 took one good idea (one hand for your weapon, the other for your plasmid), and tried to build a game off of that... and the extremely weak third act of the original Bioshock.

The fact that Bioshock Infinite is starting with a whole new setting is nothing but a good sign to me.

I'm totally ready to buy this.

I said "yes definitely." Not because I'm sure it's going to be a great game -- I'm far, far from sure of that -- but because I know it'll at least be an interesting failure at worst.

I've had some issues with the direction they've taken the 'Shock series post-System Shock 2 (yes, I know they're different IPs, but the lineage is crystal clear) and all the media I've seen from this points to Irrational continuing to make a game that's really a glorified FPS. An FPS with an interesting setting and story, but still. I miss the "play how you want" adventure/RPG hybrid of the earlier games.

I'm gonna pass. Even if I had enough money to buy any game, Bioshock Infinite would not be my choice. I wasn't that thrilled about the first game, and the second kinda sucked. So... Infinite is far from a high priority for me. >_>

Most likely. I will probably get Dishonored first though.

Bioshock is my favorite game of all time. Which means out of love, I might not get Infinite. I will really have to believe that I can get the similar feelings out of the game that I got from the original, or else I'll just be wasting my credits.

It looks like a great game, I'm sure it will be a great game, but it just doesn't have anything that just seems to draw my attention.

Perhaps maybe its because there are so many other games I've already line up to get, plus a growing back log, one less game to fall in love with is something I need to do.

Definitely. Infact, I'm pre-ordering the Premium Edition tomorrow (don't really want to pay an extra £40 for a massive Songbird thanks, but I do want my propaganda poster).

Plus I love Bioshock. :D

My friend showed me the beasts of America trailer and I have to say I'm intrigued.
Its obvious that the developers are really trying to make the game feel fresh yet familiar and it looks like they are succeeding. It honestly shows a lot of growth since their last game.

It should be interesting to see the clashes of ideologies; imperialism, isolationism and labour rights.
I'm a little worried about the linearity but as an artist I completely love and respect the direction they have taken with the game.

I'm somewhere between 'Maybe' and 'Probably'. Bioshock 2 burned me badly. Infinite does look good and interesting, from what I've seen...
