Many people say yes. But by the time they hit 30 they have abandoned games. How old will you get before you stop?

Edit: I stand corrected. From what you guys say, the average goes up till about 45. Sorry.
Anyways, back OT.

I honestly hope that I keep the desire to play games for as long as I'm capable of thought.
In the same vein of thought, I want to stay here for the same amount of time.
This desire could produce interesting results.

Is that a fact? :/

Being playing games since I was 4. I'll admit I've slipped into and out of being up to date since I got to uni, but I'll always be gaming in some capacity, in the same way I'll always enjoy reading.

I suppose I'll keep playing them until I am unable to anymore.
No reason for me to stop, it is a good way to spend leisure time.

Only recently i realised that gaming was what made life colourful when things get bland (like final year dissertation-writin' university). Its there in the good times and the bad. Love

My video game playing may die off as I get older and have kids, but I fully intend to keep playing D&D until I'm shriveled and ready to become a lich myself. Then I'll be playing D&D forever.

Well I'm going to college for game design so for my career I will need to play games to see the competition and their innovations

Probably as long as I am able too. Games are already better than television, and promise to become even more kickass in the future...so why stop now?

Well, I think I'd find it difficult to stop... The only thing I'm less likely to give up is Heavy Metal. I really couldn't do that. I become lethargic if I'm without it for a day. Games, I can last maybe a week, before I absolutely have to play something.

My parents play video games, and they're both over 45 (my dad's 62), so I don't see myself stopping until my fingers become unable to move.

Not a fact. But I would think that the majority of gamers is between 12 and 30. Just a guess. I'm probably wrong.

I'm 22 next month and so far so good. I think I'll always be a gamer, forever holding on to that part of me that refuses to 'grow up and act like a real adult'.

my dad doesn't stop listening to music from the 60s and 70s, I'm not going to stop playing games from the 90s and 00s when I'm his age and older..
