This is disgusting. I don't even want to see the pictures.
She shot a horse so she could lie in it. I mean - what has gutting it and getting inside have to do with eating the horse? I really think this was a publicity stunt, anyone agree?
Why else would she have done this?
If the horse was going to have been put down - surely it could've been done NICELY?

EDIT: I had a revelation. Couldn't she be charged for being nude?

As for the OP, if the horse was put down humanly and without much pain there isn't much the authorities can do. I have to admit what happened afterwards was definite WTF territory but it was legal, extremely strange and WHY? inducing but legal.

A non human predator don't kill for joy and for jollies they do it for there own survival. At least a non human predator gives respect to a dead animal, sure they kill it violently but They do it for there survival not for sheer pride and jollies.

And how exactly do you conclude that animals respect each other? Or even that they are capable of respect? Many animals act on instinct--'respect' does not factor into that. Others may not work purely on instinct, but still only view prey animals as a source of food, with no care for the animal as an individual with thoughts and feelings. That's not respect. Indeed, it's closer to the way slave owners view slaves--not as individuals, but as tools that exist to fill a need.

I don't think "moral" is the right word here, because you yourself imply they didn't do anything wrong. It's just something that you would find disgusting, and object to for much the same reason that you would (presumably) object to coprophilia. That's all. Things people do that gross you out are not morally sick.

If horse guts and blood are not one of your fetishes, then fine. It's not one of mine either. But trying to bring moral judgements into it just reeks of the kind of knee-jerk reaction that we are so unpleasantly familiar with as gamers.

If they were inhumanely slaughtering animals for this, then we could bring morality into it. But that's not the case.

You find a wolf dying in the forest you nurse it back to health. A very slim chance that the wolf would kill you. The wolf would respect you there not mindless animals they may be one of the nobelist animals out there.

Thats what they do for survival what do u want them to do? Not all animals live or berries and it would be bad having a lion that only eats veggies.
