I think it was ok to put the Worgen on Ally since we already have so many cool races like Tauren, Forsaken, Blood Elves, Horde needed to balance out since Ally has barely any good races so they should get Worgen.

Okay, nerd on. The Worgen can't be a Horde faction because the Worgen are being led Genn Greymane and are all citizens of Gilneas. Gilneas has never been friendly with the Horde and have no reason to be and have no incentive to switch sides like the blood elves. Therefore, alliance was always the logical choice for Worgen. QQ, nerd off.
