but on a more serious note, I always hated those beefy xbox remotes, they just seemed too big. 360 is much better.

I think all the current current console controllers has flaws. The 360 's bad dpad. The wiimote selective sensing at time.[The wii controllers sometimes does the opposite of what you do.} the ps3 controllers shoulder bottons. The ps3 is my favorite. The 360 controller is good but i am scared to use the d pad during a fighting game. The wiimote is good when it decides to work perfectily.

The original Xbox controller. I have small, spindly hands. That thing was a nightmare. Also, I had a Phillips CD-i when I was a kid. Besides being entirely forgettable and having absolutely terrible titles, this was the ergonomic nightmare of a controller:

Bacon, definetly. The battery life sucks, the wireless range is so VERY limited, the controls are horribly unresponsive... It is quite delicious, though.

Not to mention the fact it always makes your hands greasy everytime you pick it up.

And why is the original xbox in this poll while none of the others from that gen made the list?

I gotta' say, no matter how much I hate the Playstation controllers they will never be as big a pain in the ass as the Game Cube controller. That thing was clunky, and stupid as shit.

My vote goes to OTHER, because fuck the Game Cube.

PS3. I've never liked the controllers that Sony have made, and they've actually gotten worse over time.

How have they gotten worse over time, they stayed exacly the same except they got a tiny bit lighter.

PS1 (Dualshock, of course)-Nice and weighty, good grips on the thumbsticks, proper shoulder buttons.

PS2-Lighter, far more flimsy, less grip on the thumbsticks coupled with cheaper materials, worse shoulder buttons.


PS3-Feels cheap, is far too light, horrible grips on the thumbsticks, god-awful shoulder buttons, complete with pseudo-trigger R2/L2 buttons.

Bacon was never very responsive for me. I do like its gimmick as the first edible controller, however.

And I never got the hate for the original Xbox controller. Other than maybe some slight thumb stretching for the black and white buttons it fit fine. I will admit the new one is better, though.
