I absolutley love the wiimote-nunchuk combination. Mainly because one hand can be near my head while the other is across my cheast and i can still play, it is like if you could hold each side of the ps3 controller anywhere you wanted while playing, independant of where the other half is. Trust me, it is totally freakingly awesomely comfortable.

EDIT: My least favourite is definitely the Xbox/360 remotes because they feel too big in my man-hands.

Ahaha, people and their fanaticism.

I rather hate the original nes controller and the dreamcast controller sucks too... I haven't touched a PS3 controller but I prefer the 360's over the Wii's because I'm rather awkward with a wiimote.

I actualy like the Wiimote and some of the games that have come out for the wii, although do agree that the newly released 'Box' u attach to the bottom of it is to make the wii mote work how it was ment to work when it came out... which is a bit of an Ea, 'You want the full contenct BUY AN EXPANSION PACK (sims 1,2 and probably 3)', move.

the N64 controler had to be the worst, large bulky and difficuly for ma small hands.

Never liked the original Xbox controller. That's what kept me from buying one. It's like a freaking brick with buttons at random places.

The worst controller is probably the PS3 one. I hate the triggers that failed and the fact that I can't actually feel it in my hands. It's that light.

I hated the original X Box controller before they slimmed it down. It was far too large and cumbersome and it's not like I have small, girlish hands either. There must have been a large number of children who ended up with severe cases of carpal tunnel using that monstrosity.

The Original Xbox controller ranks 2nd for me. I remember playing in college and hating not having a good grip on the controller, but my roommates who had larger hands than me liked them more and didn't like dealing with the 2nd generation controller. I guess MS overestimated the age and size of its audience. Given how much it emulated the Dreamcast controller, it's amusing how Sega was able to get it right while MS left much to be desired.

Saying the Wii is not a console probably will start a war.

Anyway...
The N64 controller were always too big for my little hands... I get confused by the 360 controller but I am an idiot.

The game cube controller was pretty terrible, I never understood it. The N64 was weird but too nostalgic for me to hate.

360 and PS3 controllers are basic. Wiimote can be kinda weird.

N64 controller. Needed three hands to play using all the buttons.
You are stupid. The joypad and directional buttons work identically, it offers players two modes of movement (those who prefer buttons and those who prefer joypads).

Everything that's already been said about the Wiimote, and some more - To play with the Wiimote you need to have a marathon runner's stamina, otherwise you're gonna wake up with muscular hangover (that's what I call it) the following morning.

Also every single Atari controller was rubbish. They never ever got it right.

In the sea of bad controllers, it's safe to say Sony has remained the most consistent AND user-friendly throughout the war. Their design hasn't changed at all since day 1 of the PS1 (except the Analog sticks and now the SIXAXIS function).

I fail to understand in what way the Wii isn't a real console...

Personally I think the N64 controller was a bit crap, but the modern ones are all obviously designed in a very similar vein and are quite easy to hold.

The Xbox original controller feels nicer than the PS2 controller imo. Although it is quite bulky.
