I would just get neural implants, preferably ones that don't fuck me over and leave me a crippled vegetable the instant they get EMP'd.
First thing is first. This is something I've thought about way too much over my lifetime.
My desired augmentations;
1) Direct connection between my brain and the internet. (Well, maybe a firewall would be nice too)
2) Other brain related augmentations (Particularly regarding improved memory, for I am weak in that)
3) Extra pair of arms. Yes, I want to have a second pair of arms. I've wanted this for quite some time. EDIT: I also want fully functional hands/digits on the ends of these arms.
4) Enhanced senses. (Improved sight, smell, tactile feeling
5) Armour and possible augmentation of pain receptors. Yes, I am tired of being as physically vulnerable as I am. I would much rather be alerted to pain by a different sensation, one that does not impair concentration, yet allows me to know that it's time to move my finger away from that open flame (just an example). Also, any augmentation that would protect me from falling. Seriously. Think about it. How many times have you been hurt simply because of gravity?
