I have become far too attached to my male genitalia. The lack of them would be quite disturbing. So no, probably not.
I would, but when you mean no one would realize it but me, does that mean everybody will have known me as a woman, or will I still appear to be a man to them?

Clearly, it wouldn't be sufficient to understand how the other half lives, since I wouldn't have had any sort of feminine upbringing, nor am I extroverted enough to genuinely experiment with social interaction, but what little there is, along with physical differences, would be enough to satisfy curiosity.
