Poll: Would you buy a game if it had musical cutscenes and dialogue?

The Phantom of the Opera: Curse of the Mask [or something along those lines]

The Andrew Lloyd Webber classic into the latest stealth game of 20XX. Play as Erik the Phantom as he seduces Christine and kills those who do not follow his commands.

Seriously musical numbers are fucking annoying I would immediately turn off the console and sell the game back if it was based around musicals.

I also think GTA can be re-worked into a musical game. It'll take place in during the 50's and instead of walking, the main character steps low and snaps his fingers. Instead of running, he leaps

only if it did what the latest star ocean did and not only gave you the option to skip cut scenes, but gave you a brief synopsis of what happened in that scene, so I can skip any terrible songs and still know what the hell was said... and the game'd have to be pretty damn interesting on its own.

Depends - you could have a lot of clever fun wuth that concept, but it cannot take itself too serioulsy. It could be pretty awesome though, with a clever, humorous storyline and good voice acting...wait...most games could benefit from some of that... hm... ;-)
