Well, I've had an iPod that's worked without fail for four years, so I'd hope that they put that same level of craftsmanship into their arms. But if another company could make the same thing, for cheaper, I would go there. Apple products are (for the most part) too expensive for what you get out of it.
No, because they'd shut off my thumb until I bought the latest version or installed updates, or converted the electrical signals from my brain into the proper format to work with iTunes.

OT: I might, depending on the features they have. If it can play music and project holograms, awesome, definite buy. I'd probably wait for Nintendo to make one though. They're actually much smarter than us when it comes to giving us stuff we don't even know we want yet, they make really sturdy hardware and OSs, and finally, any first-party software they put on it will be amazing.

Invest in bionic parts? Sure if there was a legitimate reason to do so such as loosing a limb.
Doing it to just be doing it? Absolutely not. Our technology is an impressive thing to be sure, but it still doesnt compete with human biology and in the long run I would trust my natural body to be more reliable and require less maint.
As for buying body parts from apple? Personally not even if hell froze over. A: I wouldnt overpay to buy a brand with no discernible return on that investment. B: Im not real keen on the notion of having to update my appendage firmware every 30 days regardless if It needs anything or not, Having to deal with excessive bloatware that I neither need or want. and C: Pie... nothing else need be said.

I would buy the one that best suited my needs within my budget and then customise the hell out of it so that it could go toe to toe with a much more expensive version. Cause that's how I roll.

Due to previous bad experiences with Apple I won't be buying from them anytime soon. I may be into robotic limbs/augments from other companies, though id dues ex taught me anything it's wait until they get the nano augments sorted-I'd rather not look like a freak show. I wouldn't want anything that would effect my performance playing sports, I'm not a cheat and have no interest in quitting.
