Why? People are under the absurd illusion that apple products are user friendly.

no. I would assemble my own robotic arm in a custom build, its cheaper then the alienware arms, but with equal arm wrestling strength. everyone who knows anything about cybernetics knows this.

For discussions sake, Apple isn't the only company making robotic limbs, they've been out commercially for a decade, and you have the money to choose what kind you'd get.

I wouldn't because I'd be afraid they'd be made obsolete in a year and that they'd drop the price right after I bought 'em. I'd want to get robotic eyes made by Lens Crafters, a robotic arm from Springfield Armory, and another arm by Cat.

Edit: I'm not bashing Apple, they were just the first company that popped in my head.

Edit2: What would you want on your new body parts? Or want them to be able to do?

Mostly. Although, I hear a lot of people use the term "overpriced" when describing Apple products, and I'd like to see if a common definition comes up. There's no wrong answer here: How do you define the overpricedness of Apple devices?

Apple has too much of a walled garden approach to their products to be appealing to me.
More to the point I wouldn't willingly have my limbs removed so I could have robotic replacments instead.
