Well, I'd have liked to have to option to change back, but for 5 million dollars I think I can stand being a guy =P I'd be a gay guy of course; I used to say I'm like a gay man stuck in a woman's body. Besides, I've always wanted to know exactly how different the genders are.

I would. If the technology made sure I was completely transformed. I wouldn't want my manly parts still hanging there.

Some others have brought up a valid point... the identity bit would have to be taken care of, as well. IE, my parents, friends, and banking establishments would all have to believe I'd been a girl all along. I do not want to have to go back to school because my degree doesn't count or any of that garbage... it's sort of part of the whole, "instant, no pain or surgery," bit... in real life, this sort of thing is difficult to manage in and of itself, on a whole bunch of levels.
But if the deal is a retcon for everyone else, with only me being aware of the switch? Yeah, I'd do it in a heartbeat. I'd do it without the money.
Might regret it later, of course... I doubt it would actually solve the problems that I feel like it would. 5 mil covers over a good bit of buyer's remorse, though.

I would say yes in an instant i mean it is much better then the alternative.
I would never do it, not of 5 million, not for 500 million. I wouldn't mind being a woman, maybe it would even be fun, but, it would be horrible for the people around me, my family, friends etc. But not only that, the woman I love, the one I'm about to marry, well... She's not a lesbian, and she would suffer too much with this, I would never put her trough that.
