Somewhat, while my post count kind of proved it but I haven't really form a specific personality/ traits that others have (the well known members of this site). Granted I do know few people recognise me as a long time member.
I'm pretty active, but I doubt I'm that recognizable. When it comes down to it, I read a whole lot, but I don't go in and post as much. Still, given the amount that I read, that means I am posting about once a day, on average (keeping in mind that average includes hiatuses - what's the plural for hiatus? Is it hiati, or something like that, because that's just weird. Then again, so is hiatuses. I dunno. Whoa, I got sidetracked there).

I don't think I'm recognized. By name, possibly but unlikely. By avatar, I switch mine to different things too frequently.

1. i doubt it. i just assume every post i make is invisible and never read by anyone. kinda like bruce willis in the sixth sense. i post and behave like a real person, but in reality it's all in my head, and i don't really exist.

I consider myself a regular, I lurk around at least once a day and post up to at least 5 times a week now-a-days. Do I consider myself recognizable in anyway what-so-ever? No. I can only see myself having ever been noticed as more than just a bar fly in the R&P forums a couple of years back when I actually cared about attempting to debate that crap. As for here in the places where people aren't at each others' throats 24/7(maybe like 3 times a week) or in the Gaming discussions, I doubt anyone really notices me. I might get quoted or even some replies on a few threads I've started, but I don't think I'm really noticed beyond that.
I would say I am a regular in that I visit multiple times a day, watched the videos, read the articles, lurk the forums, ect. I am probably not recognized though as I try to only post when I have a viewpoint that hasn't been expressed yet in a thread. As for my avatar, I doubt anyone pays much attention to it unless they are into Boris Vallejo.

As the THREAD asked, yes I feel I am a regular here, have visited the site for a long time, forums not as much, and basically just get on the forums to read all the drama and trolling.

Not sure on the first, but there is probably someone who knows me by Avatar. I do know you by Avatar Rookie. Same with ShrekFan (The Japenenese Lady from PonPonPon GIF). And possibly a few others.
