Depends on the situation. If someone on the street was like, "hey, wanna eat this dead guy?" then no.
But I would eat it to survive, or if it where one of those "soylent green" kinds of things where everyone else was eating people and they weren't getting violently sick from it like you're rumored to, because I've always kind of wondered what it tasted like.
if there was no other food around. and i guess it would also depend on whether or not i have to kill them first your they did from like falling off a cliff
Only in an absolutely critical survival situation where the choice was eat the dead guy or become a dead guy myself.
I live frighteningly close to a place called "Donner Pass" (within 50 miles), where the party of the same name had Dudesicle on a Stick on the menu. It's a rather...frequent...source of humor whenever anyone around here has to drive to California in the wintertime. They ran I-80 right over the pass.
In an extreme survival situation, like that of the Australian rugby team who I can't remember the name of right now... ate their fellow team members in freezing, isolated conditions to keep themselves alive. Really sad, but daring story of survival.
Isn't eating human flesh physicaly bad for you, i read an article about it a long time ago but i can't put my finger on it. Never, i say never but in the most extremest scenario i might actually do it.
And yeah, I would in a survival situation. I think most people would, actually. Even if their morals prohibited it, two weeks plus of starvation would take the edge off most beliefs. That's how you hear of these survival stories where people have survived by eating their dead comrades - the survivors weren't predisposed to cannibalism, they were driven to it by extreme hunger.
Nah, human flesh is chewy and tastes nasty. Although it depends on the person. If it was cooked and prepared as a proper meal, not just raw, then possibly.
