I wish "maybe" had been an option here. The idea of a sex with myself is.. well, frankly a turn off. However, a female version might just hit me the right way, so until I'm in that situation, I really have no idea.

I don't think yes encompasses quite how much I answer in the affirmative. Yes. Hell yes. HELL FUCKING YES. Is a more appropriate answer. Because as weird as that would be, it'd still be awesome. I'd also sleep with a gender swapped version of my Girlfriend. That'd be cool too. (I'm assuming this just flips your chromosomal gender switch, so to speak, XX to XY and vice versa - same background and environmental factors etc.) But yes. That'd be pretty damn awesome.
