Since I have to give a coherent and vaguely meaningful response, I'd go for depends if it alters anything. If said vamp resembles a human, I'd probably have no objection. However, the more that vampirism alters the host, the less likely I am to be sexually attracted.

Put simply, I'm less likely to be turned on by something manifestly non-human
