If it was enough to keep things competitive, I'd prefer it.

Bear in mind I'm currently single, and almost none of my friends regularly play games either. So hell, I'd just be grateful to have a girlfriend who was into gaming, I wouldn't give a damn if she was better at it than me .

Not at all. I think it's a perfect excuse to get better at the games she plays, increasing the common ground between us. Mind you, I've never had a girlfriend, but it's nice to dream.

There are people who think that way, my boyfriend got a few snarky remarks from some friends when we were talking about a game in which I helped him when he was stuck. They said something about being manly and all >.>

I do not believe I would. That said, my own experience indicates that such a thing is unlikely. There are certainly women who are better at games than me. It would simply appear I do not date them.

My last girlfriend was way better at me in fighting games. But I often had to help her out with puzzles in games. But no, I don't mind.
