On a serious note, I wouldn't have a pathetic name because its what I chose. My current PSN is PescoDiablo which is stupid to some, but not me, its my "kill you in your face" identity. I assume EpicSnipes feels the same way with his PSN.

LOL oh god that made me laugh, but I do agree.. those kids will regret it more than me with their fucking XxxXXXXSNiIpZXxxx000000X000x but they will come to terms with them selfs and think "dude, my name sucks ass" and I never followed the 'trend' of things to put in your name. My PSN is IISilverDevil and I'd like to think that the 'II' was something I did and then lol, 5 later everyone had it on xbox live it was nuts and it pissed my off.

almost impossible to have your name normal especially when further into the consoles cycle. I'd love to have my first name and that only but clearly, would have to get the console on the first day and just fricking take a name real quick.

Nope. I picked one I wouldn't regret later. And did the same for my Japanese account. I think if mine was just something random, or something I had as a joke, I'd eventually want to change it, after I got sick of it. But I doubt I'd ever pay any amount over $1 to change it.

PSN is free. Making a user account is free. I don't want to change my user name on there to begin with. So why would I have any desire to pay more than a few dollars for something I would only use 1 time, assuming I did use it? A service that simple shouldn't cost more than $5 at the most. After all, this isn't Microsoft we're talking about.

Just by the name epicsnipe, I can already tell that he's a crappy sniper. Any online name that advertises sniping abilities automatically means that they suck balls at sniping, and pretty much everything else in a game. Tis the law of online gaming.

I have just been dominated by a good sniper called "SNIPEZz-IMPULS3", he shocked me a few times.

On topic. No, I wouldn't it's a name and I think mine is decent. My first one however, good lord. It was a random button mash by my brother 'cos I just wanted to get online asap.

It doesn't really matter, it gets seen very little anyway and nobody really pays attention to it.

Yeah pretty much with "PRO" as well, I assume its arrogant people that believe they are somehow "Elite" that put that in their names.

Another one to look out for is people with "The" before their name, like "The_Summer" or "The_Fuckyouup", the minute someone decides that they are so great that their name deserves a "The" in front of it like such beloved musicians as The Prodigy or The Offspring well their skill level is down.

The minute I get into a firefight with someone who has "The" "Pro" or "Epic" I know that they will be the recipient of some severe butthurt
