I'd take the money. That would be worth a lot more in Canadian dollars, and besides taste is subjective and once you've eaten the sandwich you're left with nothing.

Money.

When the sandwich is gone, it's gone. And my life won't have really changed anyway.

But with the money, it will have. And I can buy other foods that I prefer over sandwiches anyway.

Money. I don't care how good it is, no food is worth 100k.
100k worth of beef is...

I'd go with the money, not really a sandwich guy.Could I choose the sandwich and sell it?
You know what I meant :p

"Hey, Josh, why did you take that sandwich instead of the money holy shit we're practically broke and you put your stomach above not starving goddamn it."

Besides, there's no proof I'd even like the sammich. I've had people tell me avocado is delicious, yet I've thrown up every time I've tried to choke it down.

Money.

If the sandwich is so good, then it'd only be torture to know that I cannot have anything as good as it ever again.

For anyone who isn't already disgustingly wealthy, this question is about as deep as "Cake or death?"

For anyone who is wealthy enough that $151,640 doesn't make much of a difference to their assets, this question could possibly be a complex judge of character.

As for me... that's more than my gross income for three years, so of course I'll take the money.

Money. Why on earth would you pick a sandwich you'll eventually just shit out over a lot of money?

A month?! Jesus, you must be affluent with that kind of perspective. A hundred grand would keep me going for 6-10 years.
I said at least a month and really wasn't speaking from personal experience and you never know what expenses you may have.Always helps to be pessimistic when it comes to how much money you may need.

I wouldn't eat the most delicious sandwich in the world, as I would know that every other one I ever ate would be inherently inferior.

That aside, I probably don't want to know what kind of sandwich is so awesome that it can only be made once and then the creator has to take a drill to the head so that they forget everything about it. I ain't eating no mysterywich!

Assuming I couldn't put the sandwich on eBay and sell it for over 100k.

So pretty much I'm choosing NOT sandwich, the money is just a happy bonus.

Haven't done one of these in while so lets amend that, shall we?

Would you rather

- Have £100,000, or whatever is equivalent in your currency (I'm not good at maths so I can't say)

- Have THE most delicious sandwich in the world. (The steps, effort and knowledge required means that it can only be created and eaten once)

* You can't pick the money and buy the sandwich, that would be cheating.
I dunno, that sandwich sounds pretty good.

Would everybody know that I ate THE most delicious sandwich in the world?
You could rub it in their faces
But that would waste the sandwich!

OT: I would take the money, and use it to get on the property market. I would get more pleasure from this than eating some food...

Besides the fact that 100,000-ish$ will get a lot of pretty good tasting sandwiches,

If you were to have THE best sandwich, knowing you never could again? That would only create some despair for the remaining hundreds of days of your life. Maybe not a huge amount of despair (it *was*, just a sandwich anyway) but still. The drawbacks are almost as palpable as the benefit.

Money, of course. If I took the sandwich, then I'd never beable to appreciate any sandwich ever again. I'd always think "You know, it was a good sandwich, but it wasn't as good as that one special sandwich." If I take the money, I can buy a personal chef who can make a load of high-quality sandwiches.

I'll sell the sandwich to science so we can all have one while I still get paid. If I can't do that then money since I'd rather play games on a super computer.
