I would for sure, and id be dam evil too. I'd shut down nuclear plants, make deforestation a crime worthy of capital punishment, sink any country contested by holy war to the bottom of the sea, and force the Australian government to develop a realistic water usage program.

I have a paralyzing fear of responsibility. I have serious doubts of ever being employed in my future, and part of me secretly desires this.

Besides, I'm pretty thin-skinned so I'd probably go fling myself onto the huge bed in the enormous bedroom of my giant, flying, palace in the sky (Hey, I'm supreme ruler of the world, aren't I?) and bawl my eyes out as soon as anyone critized me in any way.

It's not like I would have to make every decicion myself. I could just let politicians/experts do their thing as they do now, except I could veto anything I didn't like.

Definitely, I'd make some international laws for everyone to follow (really don't want to attempt to start a list). I'd keep everything generally the same though, leaving the structure of national leadership the same(Although firing people I don't like of course). Answering only to matters that affect the populace on a global scale.

... And all immediate funds would go into a giant robotic enforcement army. Keeping all those troublemakers at bay.
