YES. OH GOD YES.
If I lived in Brisbane I would pretty much LIVE in that place.

Gaming + alcohol + Yahtzee = recipe for instant win.

Possibly. Unlike Furburt I like drinking and I like crowds. I do recall reading that it has a capacity of 40 people or something silly though, and what I don't like is queuing and elitism, - both things that a small venue encourage.
It is small. But if it got enough support than it wouldn't be hard to replicate an establishment like this elsewhere with more space.
True, true - that would be nice.

My other concern would be that I'd like it to be like a "cool bar with games" rather than a "gaming place with a cool bar" - incorporating gaming into my usual night out sounds awesome. Playing games instead of getting tipsy tipsy, dancing, and socialising does not.

EDIT: I dont even know if this gripe makes sense :/

probably full of creepy old men posing as gamers to pick up the younguns, so no.

But if it meant meeting Yahtzee, then HELL YEAH
It's a bar. The amount of youngins will be low. VERY low.
I don't mean 10 year olds, mate.

I'm talking 18/19 year olds being preyed on by 45 year olds.

If I lived in Brisband, Queensland I would. (I live in Western Australia and I don't think there is a train that goes from one end of australia to another)

What is it with people and Yahtzee? What would having him there do exactly? I don't mean to be judgmental, but seriously?

OT: Hell Yes I would! I have a gmaing cafe 20 minutes(walking) from my house, and it is a geat place to be. Unfortunately, they don't serve alcohol....(plus I'm underage anyway..) But I would love to thrown my 18th B-day party at a gaming bar! Ughh I want one tooo!

I dunno, some of those 45 year olds look younger than me. And if you get tricked by that kinda thing at your age then you deserve it.

Anywhere that mixes Expensive hardware, Alcohol and crowds is set up for a fair bit of damages.
If Yahtzee's place prooves popular then i'd keep it the same, 40 capacity with good staffing is resonable to manage. Keep Alcohol violence down.

That could happen in any bar or night club.

I would, but it's in Brissy, and Queenslanders are weird.

EDIT: Also, could be a recipe for disaster, particularly if you get some of these kids who are now legal, get a bit of Bundy into them and they try to punch on with anyone at the drop of the hat.
The issue of drunken fights applies to everybar. I do suppose that the Mana Bar would be inciting competetion could increase the chance of fights, but not much(hopefully).

I'd give it a look, if I lived in Australia of course.
Sounds like a good place to have a laugh with some mates.

Nope. Don't drink, don't like crowds, don't like Yahtzee.

I was going to say don't like games, but that would be too far.
No wonder you've got over 10,000 posts then :p

I'd be all over it! Sounds like the best place ever.

Hell yes! I will have to go at least once in my life. And I live in America. I'm very interested and if no one else does it I my look to that as a job. I'm 14. However, I'll have to take some business management classes. And I'll probably have to do a few things different cause it'll be in America
