Man I miss a lot of shows from the old 90's Cartoon Network.Peteron said:Yeah it does have nearly the exact same style. Come to think of it Fosters also had some good animation. I do miss that show : /Frank_Sinatra_ said:Well at least you liked something about it. Personally I find the animation to be a nice refresher from the current trends going around right now, although it'd have been interesting if she stuck to the art style she had for Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends.Peteron said:Actually I did watch an episode a few days ago. I really don't see the appeal but I will give it one thing. The animation in the show is superb.
Gah! Damns yous! The Dash I can say no too, but the cross eyed stare is just toooo cute to resist. Quick! Someone give her an apple!Irony said:I can! But only because I have already lost to another.

This is Derpy we're talking about. She requires muffins, not apples.Wuffykins said:Gah! Damns yous! The Dash I can say no too, but the cross eyed stare is just toooo cute to resist. Quick! Someone give her an apple!Irony said:I can! But only because I have already lost to another.

Hmm. I would say that it seems I'm in need of a Pony marathon to brush up my pony-trivia, but then I remembered Derpy's not really there. Pony Marathon it is then.DJDarque said:This is Derpy we're talking about. She requires muffins, not apples.Wuffykins said:Gah! Damns yous! I can, but only because that image makes her look like one of the cutie mark crusaders, who I hate. I prefer regular Dash.silver wolf009 said:I just remembered, I forgot to say which answer I picked.
DASH! I CHOOSE YOU!
Let it infect your soul!!
EDIT:
Answer with a truthful heart. Who among you can truly resist?

Hmm, this has been posted a few times. If anything I think it just creeps people out on Fluttershy, as they have no idea that's not how she sounds most of the time. Still classic though.SkyrimOrBust said:I think I've found something that will convert all the non believers.

Muffins not apples. But yes that cross eyed stare is quite noticable. Some say that it is a sign of a strange blessing, where she can see both this world and others.Wuffykins said:Gah! Damns yous! 'Tis almost as bad as the Fluttershy eyes. Those, ohohoh, those are sneaky devils indeed.
She' s not even a regular character. She's a background pony who had an unfortunate case of derp eyes in the first episode. Her popularity in the fandom exploded and the creators began to include her in the background more with her usual derped eyes.Serving UpSmiles said:Try watching it first then, it's pretty good brogunrunnerjr said:omg why the hell do you ppl watch this??????
EDIT: Also is Derpy the stupid one?

What was I talking about again? Ah yes, 6 in the morning, weekend, after nightlan. Good morning, and please wake me for dinner.

Check it out. Seriously. It isn't as good as A:tlA (IMO) but its still a good show to watch. It isn't the drivel that alot of people expect of it.Thaius said:Okay, that does it. The only good animated kid shows I've seen since the glory days of One Saturday Morning are Invader Zim and, most importantly, Avatar: The Last Airbender (the greatest show ever made). All this talk of My Little Pony confuses me immensely, but another kid show that rises beyond what people of our culture would expect to actually be a good, well-made show is something I can't miss.
And it's comments like these that make the crap of the last few pages worth it all in the end. Kudos to you kind sir/madam, and when you feel the need a quick jaunt to youtube and a search for the show will give you episodes.Thaius said:Okay, that does it. Those shows made waking up on a Saturday worthwhile. I pity kids these days, their weekends must be bland and miserable.Agayek said:Animaniac reruns, if you can find them, are always worth a laugh.
That was the last "Good" cartoon IMO. The 90s had some awesome animation work, with Johnny Bravo, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Animaniacs, and basically everything from the Cartoon-Cartoon lineup.
God damn I miss those days.

But why?
How could they know I have nothing better to do on a Saturday night?
