Right arm and head. One of my eyes and the area around it has been replaced with advanced laser range finding equipment, as well as thermal, night, and x-ray vision. My right arm is now a powerful robotic appendage, containing a concealed plasma launcher.

My eyes, and along with them a lot of the inside of my head. My brain and personality, etc. have been preserved thus keeping me, me. I now have the power of a super computer within my head with the access to very easy learning, storing capabilities, and access to all the 'files' I've 'learned.' My eye sight is now absolutely perfect and I can see in a variety of different ways - nightvision, heatmaps, etc. - but they still look very human as far as eyes go.

And of course, the obligatory Eye-beam lazor.

Edit: Wow, I C-c-c-combo breaker'd that 'right arm' thing...

It also has a personal flak cannon in it.

If I have to give a serious answer (and seeing as what I just put I do need to redeem myself) I would like to have a part of my head replaced, specificly an eye replaced. I could have a cyborg eye with X-ray, thermal, night vision, lasor beams, the whole works.

If not I would have all my toes replaced so I could never stubb them again like I did a few minutes ago. Ouch!
