This is pretty much my choice, plus a robo-eye. I was thinking "arm" for a minute, for combat purposes. However, I realized that a neural implant would give me super reflexes, as well as unbelievable speed of thought. No one would be able to touch me!LordMoose said:

Man. This sounds awesome. Excuse me for a moment while I track down a world-class surgeon with questionable ethics.
Left arm and it would be like a swiss army knife of awesome, complete with portal gun, human pheromones, bird seed cannon, katana and electromagnetic shielding to protect it from any EMPs or those irritating disruption field things from portal.
Weirdly after a particularly bad mountian biking accident i have two metal plates in my left arm anyway. So i'm not far off being the cyborg. My special ability now is setting off the detectors in airports.
Left arm, that way I can be duel-handed 
edit: it'd have a time manipulator hidden in it... that way I'd have all sorts of creative ways of killing people (amongst other things.... *ehem*)

Right arm, containing some sort of all-purpose nanite-based replication system.
Though realistically you'd have to have your shoulder and spinal column replaced too else you'd rip your arm off.
So the spine would contain hidden blades that became wings!!!
Edit: Though for what I didn't vote for, a replacement right eye able to cycle through all spectrums a la Predator would also be snazzy.
Bonus points if it was also able to emit an energy trail with a colour of my choosing.

A hyper-powered computer inside my head (brain is still there) that i can controll with my mind, and one eye sees like it was the monitor i was looking at when i want it to.'

I could be online and game anywhere, if it's in wikipedia i know it, i wouldn't have nightmares, just subconsously browse 4chan when i slept, and i'd need an implant thingy that removed my need to sleep, so i could game even more, and stay clear of /b/.
Oh, and i want a lighter in my finger, and night/heat/infrared/xray/etc vision.
And wing, metallic awesome wings, or something jet-back-ish on my heels, like iron-man, just build in.
