I'd take the revolver.
Small and light, so it's easy to carry around,
Powerful, and very classy.

A shotgun. If somebody disagrees with me or tries to harm me, I could simple blast them away.

Bazooka. It's the only thing that's going to stop those cannibals/mutants quickly, efficiently and in an intimidating manner.

If ammo isn't an issue and i can easily maintain it,definitely the minigun.
Mow down wave after wave of enemy's, mount it, see if i can make it automated, and when there is no one around i can partake of my favorite pastime in fallout 3. See how long it takes for a dead body's limbs to turn into mush. :3

With plentiful ammo, I?d pick the FN P90, no question. For reference, the FN P90 is a submachine gun that fires the armor-piercing tumbler 5.7x28mm round. It more or less combines the penetration power of the much larger 7.62x39mm round found in the AK-series and just about every Russian weapon on earth, with the remote wounding effects and accuracy of the NATO 5.56x45 round. The P90 goes a step beyond both the AK-series and the AR-15 series by having a total of fifty rounds in the standard magazine, compared to thirty. While the specialized ammo is rare, kits exist to turn the P90 into a much longer ranged semi-automatic rifle with a barrel extension and telescopic sights. The 5.7x28 round also has a flat trajectory and exhibits recoil lower than the greatly inferior 9x19mm submachine gun and pistol round it was designed to replace, while boasting vastly superior performance.

TL:DR, it?s one of the best submachine guns in the world, in my opinion, and can be turned into a variety of other weapons with the right modules. The only downside is the rare ammo.

A few other options for me would be the M1 Garand for the massive firepower, accuracy and ease of cleaning, the SPAS-12 for automatic fire and common ammo, the FN Five-seveN for being essentially a pistol-sized semi-automatic P90, and the M1911, for being the most reliable pistol on earth.

I'd go with either the MG or combat rifle.
The LMG has large rounds, high power, decent accuracy and a massive magazine.
While the combat rifle is alot lighter, likely more accurate, and probably has a semi-auto/fullauto option.

Shotgun. I can use one pretty well, and it's easy to find ammo for it. Hey, just cause we have a lot of ammo right there doesn't mean we'll never run out.

It doesn't matter if there's a lot of ammo there, cause with how little rocket launcher or machine gun ammo you can feasibly carry on you, you'll end up without bullets in about 30 minutes.

The FN P90 is a fine smg, but I have to say the Steyr Aug, Tavor and AK-107 assault rifles beat it on all parameters except weight and size.

Combat Rifle. Versatility, man. I don't know what I'll be fighting in this wasteland, so I'd rather be prepared for any possibility.

I picked SMG since I'll probably not be using it at any range but I could use the magnum. It could be hidden easily and is lightweight.

Revolver.
it requires the least amount of maintenance, has a good deal of stopping power, is extremely light when compared most of the other weapons in the cache, extremely accurate, great for both close and long range, and above all...... style points!

I invoke The Rule of Cool! The more awesome to weapon, the more effective it is. And you dont get much cooler then the revolver. Its stood the test of time 10 times over. And theres a reason for it.

Combat rifle, good all around gun, could hunt with it, plenty of power if I need to take something down. Might be a bit hard to use indoors but I'd rather plan around that then get an SMG and not be able to shoot anything more than a few meters away.
