1: Let Blizzard run themselves and do whatever the fuck they want. It worked before, it will still work. And since I don't have to worry about managing them, I can just sit back and collect their massive profits.

2: Stop developing console games. ALL games should be developed for the best platform they will be released for (PC), and then ported to the lesser platforms.

3: An extension of "2", get a team that actually knows how to do a fucking decent port. It's not hard.

4: Get the MW1 team back, double their development cycle time, and make sure they are the only ones making CoD games.

5: Acquire an old, successful, critically acclaimed franchise that is in need of a reboot... and reboot it.

Why is there no option to screw the company over and make hundreds of millions of dollars at the cost of hundreds jobs and joy of gamers and be able to never work another day in my life?
The last option kind of counts doesn't it? :)

Well that implies the company is still intact meaning I get less rooms in my mansion. I can't cut corners on those kind of details.

Follow Ferroto Baggins' 7 step loop of success.

while (bank_ballance < 1,000,000,000)
1) put all my money into activision stock.
2) wait several months (it'll look less suspicious).
3) start production on a game title based on a popular movie.
4) watch stock price momentary go up.
5) sell stocks.
6) wait three or more months so it doesn't ring any alarm bells as insider tradeing.
7) cancel game.

They have names? Honestly, I played it and I like Command and Conquer, but Starcraft was just so flipping slow (and that's saying something because I used to think the first few C&Cs were slow... until I played Starcraft).

In all seriousness though I've been pretty badly ganked by both races. I did not wait ten minutes for an armor upgrade for this...
There's an incredibly steep learning curve but once you're past that the races are balanced. At the very top levels zerg falls very slightly behind and terran comes slightly in front but you'll never play against anyone at that kind of level so for all practical purposes the more skilled player will win.

Blizzard is shut down, the Call of Duty franchise and all necessary rights are sold off.
Hire elite security squad, put worldly affairs in order.
Get crushed and killed sixty-thousand times over by the rush of rioters.

Let the games begin...

I want to invent a world where there isn't so much a central plot as there is alot of things going on where darkness reigns and you are left to your own devices. I want a world where the villain knows your every move, watching and laughing, and then does things for fun because he already owns the realm you walk in. Wanna start a revolution? Fine. Wanna destroy the evil-doer? Go ahead. Think it'll be easy? Nope. But it'll be fun!

Myself, None of the above.

I'd open up some of our resources from Call of shit remakes, not enough to actually hurt it, but enough I could woo back IW with pizza, soda, and money, and also enough I could spare a bit to sponser a few off the wall games that seem to have promise, so that the growth prospects are not bad. I'd stay out of actual game development. This way the money coming in doesn't diminish, but may actually grow if a new IP shoots and scores.

So that means some ten-year-old kid in South Korea, right?

Lmao, if any of you here were truly the CEO, you wouldn't give a flying shit about lowering DLC price, not ripping off customers, and stoping CoD, if it actually happened, I'm sure you'd all just want money.

I buy myself a big fancy PC, a PS3, and dump the remaining money onto Atlus so they can make Persona 5 quickerer.

None of those options. I'd carry on as before milking those cash cows, then use those lovely profits to make my own game, giving the studio unlimited funds and time, as the game is primarily for me, if it sells too thats just a bonus :p

Four immediate actions.

First: Back off developers and let them do what they do best. Bean-counters should only get involved in the creative process if there are problems, they shouldn't butt in there and create them.

Second: Cut the advertising budget. There's no need to advertise things like Black Ops to the extent they are, those things pretty much sell themselves anyway.

Third: Lower the price of games. It makes no sense that one of the biggest developers charges the highest prices for their games and keep them that way for the longest time. I guarantee that this would result in more units sold and a higher profit overall while keeping consumers happy that they're getting a better deal.

Fourth: Remove most of if not all DRM from games. DRM does nothing but treat customers like criminals while giving pirates something they can "sell". Pirates need to be treated like a competitor and since they will always undersell you you've got to think about what you can offer consumers that pirates can't. Simple access to a game they've bought with no messing around with signing up for accounts or installing intrusive spyware is a good place to start. Would this mean an increase in piracy? Quite possibly. I reckon if you researched it you'd find that the impact would be minimal.

Ubisoft would probably benefit more from that last one than Activision.

Keep straight on! I'm a greedy fucker, I'll keep in charge for a few years, doing much as it already is, make more money than I could ever know what to do with and then sell up before shit goes sour.

Wait. Do we mean Activision, do we mean Blizzard, or do we mean Vivendi? People seem to be using the names interchangeably.

That said? Never let Richard Knaak near Warcraft lore again. Hire some decent writers. Fix some character models. Offer bulk discounts on character transfers and such. And see to it that this [http://www.wowpedia.org/User:Farseer_Lolotea/Deceiver%27s_Vengeance_Expansion_Pack] eventually got made.

In this order:
1. Ax the CoD franchise
2. Order a meeting be set up between myself and representatives from Paramount and Lucusarts for the purposes of negotiating the rights to create a Star Trek vs Star Wars game in the vein of either Star Trek: Armada or Star Wars Empire at War (or a hybrid of both).
3. Arrange a development team for above mentioned game
4. Smoke a nice fat Cuban.

My plan, sell CoD for a reasonable price and then build some shit of our own, maybe get some Indie people involved.
