If you bring someone back, they're just going to die again. If you kill a dead person, they stay gone.
Unless they have a slightly more selfish loved one who also meets the shady man... Hmm, personally I picked the loved one choice, because it looked like the better option upon reading the evil guy option.
Edit: It appears I have been ninja'd. Oh well the point still stands XD

kill some random evil person. If one of m loved ones came back from the dead I would plan C them as soon as I found out.
to put it simply, the idea of people coming back to life (after the brain has been dead for an extended period of time and it's not me) terrifies me.

Neither. I wouldn't bring back someone who'd reached their time to go, and I oppose the death penalty on principle.

I would kill a terrible person. I don't have any loved ones that have died to ressurect, except my great-grandparents, and one less monster in the world is a good thing. If they were Fred Phelps, Bobby Kotick, or a few other people I can think of, mission accomplished.

I have dead loved ones, and I do miss them and wish they were still alive, but nevertheless I wouldn't want to simply bring them back like that and disturb their eternal rest and degrade their memory in such a way. Whereas by killing an evil person, given my possible choices, I could do much more good than harm and save the lives of so many people elsewhere in the world, a much better choice overall.

So I'd kill the evil person. Specifically, I'd kill either Colonel Gadaffi, Kim-Jong-Il, or Robert Mugabe.

Hmmm...I picked bringing back a loved one, but do they have to be related to me? Will they be brought back free of life-threatening diseases and conditions? As for option two: no being is so important that it can usurp the rights of another. Besides, they could have ended up falling under a bus anyway, then who's the stupid one?

You are given a choice by a shadowy figure at a fast food restaurant.

He can either bring one of your lost loved ones back from the dead, not as a zombie, or a monster, but in a normal, very healthy form. While this makes you and the one you picked happy, this choice can be seen as selfish compared to the second.

Or he can go and kill a terrible person of your choice, a rapist, a terrorist, a serial killer, anyone that would be considered "evil" (not just someone you hate personally) and you would not be blamed for the kill. While this may be seen as better for you and others, you will not be able to bring anyone back, and you are technically a killer yourself. The bad person could also want to change his/her ways, and you would stop them from doing so.

and you can't kill him with your choice.
Wait how does this work? Who gets to decide who is evil?

Also do I have to use my "Bring them back" card right then and there or can I save it, since the people I care about are still alive? If not then there is a childhood friend of mine that was killed in September by a drunk driver. I'd bring him back if it's right then and there, seems like the right thing to do.

Why is the poll closed? I didn't post in here, maybe I just voted, anyway.

Kill J. J. Abrahms, the world would be a much better place.

It would be pretty cruel to bring a loved one back, since my options limited to my grandparents, who mostly died from age-related causes. Not to mention a huge shock to them for losing upwards of 10 years. How would you feel to suddenly skip 10 years and then learn of some of your loved ones have since died.

SO kill, I guess.

A hard option indeed.

- To resurrect a loved one would rob them of their peace so you can have them back...I would only resurrect them if I knew they were in Hell.
- To kill a terrible person would bring more good to the world but also...killing is bad.

F*CK I have no idea. Probably bring a loved one back...if it was my wife/Girl friend that is. :/

Dang man, sorry for your loss

OT: I would personally choose to take some evil person off this earth in the case that they might kill more people than the one I resurrect
