Incidentally, why do you have taste and smell coupled? Granted, there's a connection, but they're always regarded separately.

Sight, hearing would be regularly painful, taste and smell would ruin food for me and touch would be excruciatingly horrifying should I stub my toe. Sight only requires sunglasses.

for one i wouldn't need an aid for seeing anymore.
additionally i can just close my eyes and not see anything, something that is not as easy with other senses.

But i chose hearing as my eye-sight isn't that good and I'm used to it, and my hearing is already good and i use it a lot so having an increased hearing range etc would be awesome. For things like guitar-playing etc.

Touch-Pain like pricking your finger would feel like you had your whole arm amputated and you would look like a wuss. Plus as good as it sounds, you would probably orgasm every time feel a cloth, and things that would make you orgasm would probably make your brain implode.

Smell- You would go into a sniff seizure if you were in the same room as a permanent marker.

Taste- I wouldn't be able to enjoy my hot cheetos.

Hearing- Ever hear of a dog whistle?

Sight- I'd imagine looking through a pair of binoculars your whole life, meaning your peripheral vision would be shit.

of course I don't know how the effects would effect your brain when it tries to adjust to the unnatural ability.

Sight. There are some spectacular vistas I've seen in my lifetime, but being able to actually make out detail would be just fucking awesome.

Besides which, the others would actually be capable of bringing pain, as far as I can tell.

I voted sight. All aspects of it. PERFECT night vision, like Riddick. Give me an excuse to wear the goggles all the time. And perfect vision...be able to read license plates from a mile away.
