I don't exactly want to kill Jack, but if I could have my FemShep just go upside her head just one good time I would be oh so very satisfied.

Definitely Jack, I didn't want her crazy ass to begin with. She's a nonsense character imo.
I second this. She was pointless, and I hated her.
Pointless? She's the only character (besides maybe Shepard) that has shockwave. Do you know how awesome it is to send a double shockwave down a narrow corridor filled with Husks?
Different context. I'm pretty sure everyone here is talking in terms of character, not game design.

Miranda. I found her horrible, the kind of girl who acts as though being pretty is a bad thing. Seriously, be happy for what you've got. Try being one of the ugly people for a day, you fucking pretty.

Tali. She's one of the characters I like the most, and therefor it'll be the biggest emotional choice in the game.

I WILL WHACK ANYONE OVER THE HEAD PERSONALLY IF I EVER MEET THEM FOR PICKING JACK...
I'm getting so sick of all the hate on her -_-
She was one of my favourite characters in the game.
Anyway, I'd probably push out Miranda out of the airlock, if her wide buttocks wouldn't block the door.
We could arrange a meeting if you want? But you'd have to come here, im not the type who travels far to get whacked in the head.

Jack or Miranda, but I can't really decid... hey wait, YEAH now I don't have to choose!

Seriously though Jack never made me like her at all; everything she says is just so bitchy and all "ooh I'm a tough psychopath, I don't need anyone" - Well I don't need you!

Miranda was nice for one moment when you reunite her with her sister, then... bam, back to bitchy old Miranda.

The fact that both of just made my blood boil half the time in combat didn't help; Miranda was pretty useless in combat as she didn't suite my tactics at all and until I got Jack's better biotic powers, I didn't use her either.

Tali. She's fine as a character, but her fans are obnoxious.
Agreed. She's a good character, but the fact that this exists http://www.somethingawful.com/d/weekend-web/bioware-social-forums.php is an abomination and must be destroyed.

You didn't bother to read half of my comment, the Geth are at fault for murdering billions of Quarians and stealing their planet, not for having a desire for freedom.
Gotta get freedom some how. Protip: Don't keep slaves. It always ends badly.
I'm not saying the Geth are the bad guys, I'm saying neither side has done the other any favors.
And this comes back to the point of Tali being a racist and a hater.

Jacob really is the weakest link, and the only character who's absence I wouldn't even notice. He's boring, his presentation is weak and he doesn't have any meaninful emotional issues that would bother me enough to care about him as a character.

I think Bioware just took the easy way out when designing Jacob.

I want his black ass outta here.

Don't hate the game, hate the player DAWWWG

You would really remove the whole character because a small minority went overboard with their shit? Nigga please.

Row between her and Miranda she was the only person who's faith I could not regain. I did not like her much but I would have preferred to keep her alive. Of course she was slaughtered in the final battle when I decidided tactically to take her with me on the final boss as a willing sacrifice. Essentially I knew she would die so I took her with me to avoid her aiding in the loss of other people in the defence force.

It comes back to Tali having a vendetta against the ones who committed genocide against her ancestors and stole their planet.

Why are we still arguing about this?

Miranda because the only time where her character is somewhat interesting or likeable is during her loyalty mission, but afterwards she is back to her old ways. It's really odd, the way she is written is really inconsistent.

Other than that, I don't dislike any of the other companions in the games. Kaidan was boring though, reminded me too much of Carth (And I hated Carth). Ashley was actually a pretty interesting character if you talked to her. Jacob was at least rather likeable, and I liked his loyalty mission enough.

It was a massive toss-up between Tali and Jacob, but I eventually had to go for Tali. Jacob was just a little boring, Tali actually bugged me.

I'm surprised that Garrus and Legion are 'Fan favourites.' Garrus won't even speak to you for half the game, and Legion isn't around long enough to really become attached to, although it is perhaps one of the best looking characters in the game.
Hey! Garrus is the most important character in the game! Without his tireless work, the ship would be dangerously uncalibrated!

OT: I honestly didn't find any of the characters unlikable enough to kill, but I'd say Jack because not only is she a mass murderer; she's a bitchy, vain, self victimizing mass murderer.
True enough, if Garrus hadn't been so obsessive compulsive about the Normandy's weapons, then Shepard might have suffered a second death by explosive decompression, and that would just have been embarrassing.

I also agree about Jack. She may show a softer side in her last romance scene, but a few tears shed is small compensation for having to put up with her attitude for the whole game. Besides, if I was a military leader, I wouldn't have her on board my ship, if only because tolerating a mentally unstable criminal who can literally tear your ship in half during a tantrum is just begging for trouble.
