Samurai Jack, if only because I haven't seen Megas. To choose a more deserving candidate from my childhood, let's see... Darkwing Duck?

It's a hard choice, but I'm going to have to go with Megas XLR. Such an incredible cartoon.

Bloody tough choice but would have to say Samurai Jack but not by much. So long as they also bring back the Scotsman then I will be happy.

I can't beleive we've gone an ENTIRE THREAD about which cartoons to bring back and NOT ONE PERSON has yet mentioned friggin' Gargoyles! Because we all know that Gargoyles is the only correct answer to this, and indeed, every question.

Because it's FRIGGIN' GARGOYLES!

Samurai Jack. Megas XLR was awful, the main guy was too irritating. There was another cartoon that was on for a while about mechs that raced eac other, I liked that but generally I don't really care for giant robots.

Samurai Jack.

But you know what the best thing is? I came into this topic to say "C: Samurai Jack or Megas XLR". Talk about being pleasantly surprised :3

He-Man from Filmation. Without doubt. Bigger budget though, and perhaps aimed at an older audience. If they remade that cartoon with a little more adult humour, mild action/cartoon violence and sexual tension, I'd take out a TV package just for whatever channel shows it!

Megas XLR, no contest.

It was a lighthearted, funny, and had interesting characters. Also, it had gratuitous amounts of big mech action unlike other shows that claimed to be mech shows but only turned out to be cutesy, emo, weak political dramas.

Neither. Cartoon Network had some good cartoons, but none beats timeless classics like The Pink Panther and Bugs Bunny, both of which were featured on Boomerang if I remember rightly. Samurai Jack looked fairly shit to me as a child, from the little I seen it was pretty boring. I haven't even heard of the other one, but it doesn't sound particularly good either.

Nope, I'll sit here with my timeless shows: Chigli (I swear to God, if you haven't heard of Chigli, Camberwick Green or Trumpton I will stab you in the throat), The Pink Panther and almost every Looney Tunes cartoon.

Samurai Jack, no question. I loved Megas, but Jack had some of the most hilarious (as well as moving) moments.

Plus, how can you argue with the voice of Mako Iwamatsu? He's the true Uncle Iroh too!

EDIT:

Just finished looking through comments, and no Freakazoid? Seriously? That show was awesome!

I wouldn't pick either b/c I didn't like both shows.

I would rather see Freakazoid back.

Neither, they were both stupid. Bring back the old scooby doo, or looney tunes, or something that was amazing that has been recently replaces by japanamation...

Megas!
This is my choice, as I believe they already are working on more Samurai Jack.

Of course, I may just be crazy.

Megas XLR is unrivaled in beeeeeeeeeez'air humor and wacky plot lines. Plus its out right parody and fun making of anime is priceless!
