You'd quite literally be playing god with such power, some diseases shouldn't be cured, you should already know which ones anyway. No, I'd destroy it, people would find a way to take advantage of it if it's too expensive or cheap to the public. They'll either steal or hoard it all to themselves. I know, there are people who aren't like that but the majority are that way.

I would store it in the most secure place possible, curing every disease could create a mad power struggle for something as powerful as that.

you could basically become immortal and in large doses could kill millions through small doses of each disease.

I'd tell the world that no one's getting the cure untill all nations agree to carve the writings from Winston Smith's diary from the book 1984 into big cement flabs to be placed in every nation, and we start start colonizing the Moon and Mars.

In other words, I'd be telling everyone that the cure won't be given until the chances a would-be Big Brother will build a large totalitarian goverment from whereever he might be from become completely shut out (take that, Thought Police), and we take up off-world colonization to shut out the chances of overpopulation.

No, I'd just mass produce it with the money given from a Nobel Peace Prize (cure for everything deserves that, right?) and just give everyone in the world a copy of this cure. Well...as many as I could produce, anyway...

I'd give it to people I cared about, and sell it to a very select few to make huge sums of money, but other then that keep it to myself. Disease is one of the few ways to have at least some population control other then war.

Yea, but with medical technology like it is, people live much longer then they really should. Get rid of disease, and your left with murder, war, and accidents being the only thing that kills people before they would die naturally, which for most is 60-80 years. Altogther, that would start to add up fairly quickly.

Sell a fake cure to a company while I keep the real cure with me on my Mars palace that I will have bought with my mass amount of money I received from said company. Then I will enter phase two in which the nations to go into an all out war with the remaining nation winning the real cure. With most of the human population destroyed in the world war, overpopulation won't be a risk. So as to prevent any long term overpopulation in the future, I will simply fire a tactical laser nuke to decimate humanity once in a while. That way people can have their wonder drug and prevent overpopulation!
