I would replace my recently deceased 360. I currently have about 30 useless games and accessories sitting around my place until I can be bothered forking out for a new xbox.

EDIT: But I probably end up doing with it what I do with all my money, drink it away.

I already have a console, and my gaming PC is still pretty good, compared to what is out there, so I would either do other stuff with it, like buying some new shoes, or save it for when my PC will need upgrading again.
