Option 7, I'm not going to be the judge & executioner at the same time unless it's a self-defence situation. I'd just teach other people how to use the force & hopefully use it for good things like lifting heavy things on construction sites so that houses get built quicker. I would have the most popular martial art in no time whatsoever.

I think the rules of the Jedi order suggest the same sort of things about Lucas that Fable's "social interactions" suggest about Molyneaux; they don't understand how people work. If Lucas insists that there is no grey area, then that just further highlights how out of touch he is with human nature and morality in general. Perhaps that flawed understanding is what leads to atrocious lines like "Only a Sith deals in absolutes".

As far as what I'd do... well, I don't really like the idea of being famous for something that some people would interpret as witchcraft or some sort of boon from Satan (or evidence that I AM Satan or the antichrist). I'd probably try to keep it as quiet as possible, almost to the point of not using it at all. Still, the foresight of the Jedi (like, real foresight instead of what's observed in the movies) could be useful enough all by itself. The persuasion thing could be nice too, if it didn't have to follow the "Pay attention audience, I'm doing magic to this guy here" rules seen in the movies.

I guess I would use it more like Gandalf uses his power (and how the other wizards are supposed to use theirs); if at all possible, just make it appear that you're wiser, luckier, and more persuasive than most people, and achieve your goals through your influence on others while helping them achieve some of their own.

Much as I would try to stay on the Light side of things, as for the most part, I think I'm a pretty good person, I do have a bit of a temper (especially while driving), so I know some Force Lightning would make an appearance here and there. Or cars being flung out of my way using the Force. Size matters not, afterall :)

Option 7.

Have you seen Chronicle? Yeah, pretty much the beginning of that movie. I would screw around with people, harmless stuff. I wouldn't tolerate any shit from people, but I wouldn't announce my powers to the world.

I'd be my own vigilante Force super hero, but I'd try and stay on the morally good side. I mean, the Dark Side has cooler powers, and the Jedi are kinda boring.

I'd Force Shove inappropriate objects into inappropriate orifices of the Westboro Baptists, the KKK, the Bloods/Crips, the Mafia, judgemental Vegans, 98% of political activists and the JW's who continually ring my doorbell to ask me if I've found Jesus.

I think that would make me Grey?

Option 7:

Id use it for mundane tasks. Id use it to get beer from the fridge, Id go to a casino and win roulette every time because I can influence the roll of the ball, id also have a mini lightsaber that I can use to butter and toast bread simultaneously. I could also use it to jack up my car so I can work on it easier

So basically use it to make life easier

The Darkside is powered by emotions the Ligtside is powered by tranquillity and focus.

Based on that alone I'd be a million time stronger as a Darkside user than a Lightside user and it would be way easier (as the Jedi admit).

I can just make myself feel intense anger/hate/rage whenever I want, I don't even need a target per say I can just be infinitely filled with hate about nothing.

I would do very well as a Sith. I'd end up an unstoppable walking wreaking ball of death and destruction.

Light because my conscience would kill me if I went dark. I would make it a point however to have the silver lightsaber. It's just so cool and unique, I never knew one existed before KotOR II. I think I'd be a drifter, solving problems on multitudes of planets and just exploring the galaxy.

I suppose if I were really hungry or something I'd convince the owner of the noodle stand that I'd already paid him though.

Grey. The Jedi code of honor involves suppressing emotions? To hell with that. The Sith code of honor involves letting your emotions power you except for the "weak" ones like love and compassion? To hell with that.

Kind of along the same mindset of my LS Sith Warrior.

Oh, wait. This isn't even Jedi-Sith. I guess I would still be grey with leanings toward the light side. Balance.

Is Grey a thing in this context, really? I'm not up on my Star Wars stuff. It's not a school of teaching, is it? Or is it more like a neutral mindset, not a rigid school?

For me, I guess I'd go other. I'd use my fledgling powers to wander for a while, see some of the world. Maybe help with some big picture stuff, like feeding the poorer countries, or whatnot...

I'd leave my Fiancee, as well... It would kill me inside, but I would have to. I guess I'd be trying to divert attention from my loved ones as quickly as I can, actually, because it wouldn't be long before I was hunted by some group or another. I'd be terribly lonely.

Could I use my powers to communicate telepathically? Then I might not be so lonely, and could stay in touch with my loved ones. I'd tell them I was sorry.

If I found out they were hurt in any way by people looking for me, I'd lose my mind.

If my fledgling powers hurt them in any way I'd never forgive myself, probably shut down completely.

I keep picturing the video to Titanium by David Guetta.

But, you know, with a bearded, fat 30-something in glasses.

...

Jeez, this is all sad! I thought getting kick ass power was a power fantasy. I'm not doing this right...

I went with the grey but I pass my own judgement option simply because it is the most sensible, but the thing is that is also of the dark side. It's basically a dark grey standing. In truth I would adhere to the teachings of the Sith but not be some emo child no I would use my power to combat the light side and cast it down like the foolish side it is. Only the dark side can be trusted for in it you can find truth while in the light they will hide their power and refuse to share knowledge. Sith Lord I be but only on the side because I disagree with the light.

I'd probably end up somewhere in the middle of the spectrum. I'm a good guy who seeks to help people and all that jazz, but at the same time, I'm really ambitious and have strong emotions that just conflict with the Jedi way. That and I would totally go murder George Lucas, fire JJ Abrams' ***** ass, and write the new Trilogy myself.

Darkside all the way, I hate heroes and their self imposed rules and I'm always a villain at heart, I have no trouble will killing and hate the society as it stands today.

If I was superman I would punch whoever stands in my way into meat sauce, if I was the hulk I'll crush everybody in my foes body before killing them, if I had the force even I would do all of the above and more. I will watch the world burn.

Uh... which side would most likely get me a date, for once?

Whichever one that is... I'll take that side and them some in the long run...

But semi-seriously, I would more-than-likely end up like that black dude from Chronicle...

Gray, because extremes irritate me. Besides it often bugged me that in Star Wars it usually often had to be all of one or all of the other. Fuck that, I'm going to use the Force to do what I believe is right.

If I just discovered the force, and the rest of the world didn't have it, it wouldn't matter what side I was on. Obi-wan used his mind control to sell Luke's speeder for far more than it was worth in the first movie. If a totally light-side Jedi can swindle people like that, who needs anything more?
