Um... I voted PS3 since thats the one that I own most of the games I play on consoles.

I know you said don't say PC, but seriously, they better not think about taking my PC because I will stab them... in the face... with a dull spoon... a lot...

In that case, DS. Most the next gen games are on the PC so you won't miss out and the DS is portable.

Playstation in general, but out of your options, PS3. Mainly because out of your options, I only own a PS3 and a PSP, and I don't play on my PSP as much as I do on my PS3.

PERSONAL COMPUTER. These strange creatures of the video gaming world can do games just as badly as any other console with the marvelous addition of the full internet. Unless you meant that the PC wouldn't be included in the ban, in which case PC would return to the top.

PS3, because all the games I really care about are either on it or converting (Yay! Mass Effect!).

Though, I'd miss Forza 3 (GT5 doesn't quite scratch my car itch, I want to customise my cars!) But in contrast to Uncharted, MAG and Valkyria Chronicles it'd be a small sacrifice for me.

I said no PC simply because pretty much everyone here has one and they can be used for more then gaming so I was sticking to consoles for it since its gaming first and has other stuff 2nd while PC it can be it or not I have nothing against PC.

Sweet, I can keep my PC and my PS3 (of which I have a PS2 backwards-compatible one)? Awesome. This law wouldn't change my gaming habits one iota (because I would cleverly conceal my handhelds).

I easily have most games I play and love on PC... so I choose PC even thought it isn't console

If I have to choose a console I would go with PS2 or a properly backwards compatible PS3.

The only current-gen console I own is my trusty DS Lite, which hasn't done me wrong in the almost three years I've owned it.

Beyond that, I'll give up PC gaming when you pry the mouse out of my cold, dead hand.

for fun though, probably the ps3, i seem to be enjoying more exclusives on their now and in the near future with two of my favorite developers having games come out in 2011
