Hmm... what about something like a (science-made) ghost? Being able to nudge objects, make parts of my body appear in the air, knock on walls or speak very very quietly, but only one at a time and only once in a while if I use all my strength.

I'd love to be a ghost. That would kick ass! If I had to choose from the options, though... I would say full humanoid robot. Eternal life, enhanced learning, great strength, and even the possibility to upgrade and change myself? Where do I sign?!
