But out of the original, Jericho. I just prefer his presence =3

I keep Dogmeat around, even though he gets annoying. Any other follower would usually get killed or blow my sneakiness out the window, but Dogmeat just follows and growls when I'm sneaking.

I've had every follower at one point or another (except Star Paladin Cross. Next playthrough!) Charon was my favourite, though. Especially once he got the Terrible Shotgun.

Oh ho ho, the adventures we had! From Old Olney to Girdershade, we roamed... carefree and courageous. Irresponsible and completely inseparable. It was, for a little Vault Dweller, the perfect existence.

i always have fawkes with me.... once i somehow had both fakes and dogmeat following me at once...

I use Charon with his standard shotgun and 3 enclave soldiers(1 with a sniper rifle, 2 with plasma rifles) as bodyguards.

Well i 'had' all the good followers and charon but they all got blown away apart from Fawkes.

And Fawkes just makes it too easy.

On good, Fawkes, Evil, I have Jericho if I can be bothered to save up the 1k caps before I make Megaton go boom. If I lack patience, I normally go for nobody.

I like to have Dogmeat, but I always send him to Vault 101 - I feel terrible when he dies.

So I usually go solo.

Which makes me wonder, why does my Dogmeat never die? Seriously, he can go head on with Deathclaws and live. And kick some ass to boot. It takes several Bottlecap Mines and Nuka Grenades to make a noticeable dent in his health.

Charon. He's great company, plus after Broken Steel he was really helpful, activating Project Purity and all.

Dogmeat's health restores after every time you use VATs, so if you use it a lot, that's probably why.

I had Dogmeat for a while. I sent him off to find some ammo and he didn't return. Boo. I hope he'll turn up.

Now I've got two people walking around megaton while crouching who always seem like they're going to help but don't. I think one of them is Paladin Cross.

I don't really understand the followers but reading this thread makes me want Fawkes to carry my heavy stuff.
