From the list either the Grey Wardens and the spectres. The only problem with the spectres is that they still have to listen to the council, whereas the grey wardens are their own leaders. In real life the IRA. Off the list, Nod from C&C.

The Irish Rebuplican Army? I thought that all they did was plant bombs and shoot people found in the phonebook at their own homes. What have they done to compete with the SAS? Hell, what have they done to compete with the US marines?
