erm communism isn't really a dystopia... if we're talking a society that is imperfect and the people are downtrodden and are using the theoretical concepts of each of the 7 governmental systems then theocracy is easily the worst as no one will fight for power more than someone thinking they're doing their deity's bidding(just look at Iran)

Probably communism. I realise how easily manipulatable and corruptible it is, but done properly it could be a fairly effective system of government.

I chose Plutocracy, because there is a possibility of becoming one of the rich overlords.

Anarchy I don't need a government to continually strangle me with all its ridiculous laws, taxes and invading my privacy.
And providing you with electricity, medicine, food etc.
Whats wrong with having a private company supply any three of those? Besides, the human race did just fine for thousands of years of having to provide them all by themselves.

actual Marxist Communism would be the best but as we have all grown up in a capitalist/ timocratic world there is a competetive instinct to be better (both financially and in terms of power) than others and so Communism cant happen properly until capitalism has died out
