The game was written so anyone can die in the suicide mission. Legion has a chance of dying, so he can't be a teammate.

That's a pretty big assumption to make.

I like Mordin just as much as Legion. If I could have voted for both of them, I would have.

Gameplay wise: KASUMI
Shadow strike is the best, she vanishes, appears (Hello!), BOP, dead. With rapid strike you can basically spam her until everything that isn't a Krogan Warlord or a Ymir is dead. Then you can strike those too.


Story wise: MORDIN
He has the best quotes, Flammable... or inflammable forget which doesn't matter

The game was written so anyone can die in the suicide mission. Legion has a chance of dying, so he can't be a teammate.

He only can't be included if he dies.
Bioware have stated that any character who dies during the suicide mission won't be available to your save for Mass Effect 3, which implies they'll all (or mostly) be there for 3.

KA-FCKING-SUME! Her invis sneak atk is the most bad ass skill in the game. Iunno how many times I watched her, and wished I could peel her skin off and wear her like a suit... I kept her with me almost all the time, and when I didn't bring her, I kept wishing I did. I didn't see anyone else in the game ninja climb up a wall, jump on a helijet, finish it off, then ninja jump off landing on the ground just as it explodes! Kasumi for 2190 president of the galaxy!

I wish he'd sung something other than the Modern Major General, though. That particular song is too overused.
