You failed to provide Legion, and Mordin, despite the fact that they are the best, from both a gameplay, and character perspective.
Go hang your head in shame.
I mean you put Jack, Samara, and Jacob on the poll. Nobody likes them.
Also: Kaisumi and Zaeed are amazing, but they're DLC only, and you can't put the moves on Kaisumi.

They're the two best squadmates without question. That's not to say the others aren't good, but they are the two best characters in the entire series.

As much as I like Tali and Grunt, Garrus has been my go-to guy since ME1. The Krogans get honorable mention though.

Legion is by far the best character, I could talk to that collective consciousness for hours.
