Poll: Your Favorite National Cuisine

I really can't decide, especially because "European cuisine" doesn't really exist. You just...can't put the English, Greek, Dutch, German, Spanish, French, Italian kitchen etc etc etc under 1 umbrella. They're just too different.
I like Mediterranean food though, especially Greek and Italian, but honestly, I also love some Japanese dishes, American dishes (both halves) and (North) African dishes. Nope, can't decide.

Indian food is my favourate as a Brit (Tikka Masala is one of our national dishes... for some reason). But also a classical British pub lunch of Steak chips and peas, with beer battered onion rings and a peppercorn sause!

Though all the foods you discribe as "Asian" arn't they all more Oriental cuisine? Asian usually refers to Indian and such food?
