POLLS WHY U SO LIMITED?
Omniman is my favorite superhero. He's the best as a character.
On the poll is Batman though.
Year One is a funny book master piece.

Green Arrow. It's like the people at DC just looked at each other one day and said "We should make Batman again, but not as a Batman-Batman. Instead, he'll be a liberal-democrat-Robin-Hood-Batman. And he'll run a soup kitchen."

I'm going with the surprise choice: Batman (sarcasm). Yeah, despite the total lack of originality in the response I like Batman, by the time this gets posted, I'm pretty sure that I won't have to give reasons that others will already have given. I will say, however, that I like Catwoman, she is a very three-dimensional and interesting love-interest. Also, Batman is a billionaire, genius, and martial arts expert. How much more awesome can you be?

It's too bad that most of these have had bad movies, with Batman and Captain America (and maybe Iron Man) as the exceptions.

I'll have to vote either Nightwing or Tim Drake as Robin, I'm kind of burnt out on Batman, but I'll always enjoy those two characters

For the sake of not saying what everyone else has already said I'll go with someone other than Batman. Daredevil is my favorite superhero next to Batman. I'm sad to see that nobody else has mentioned him yet; I guess that awful Daredevil film did him no favors.

I love the current run of Daredevil (Vol.3 written by Mark Waid). It's not overly dark, cynical, or violent. It's funny and something people of all ages can enjoy. It'd be awesome if DD could get a animated series with the same kind of tone.

Most interesting? Iron Man, Brilliant Character, Flawed but brilliant
Most interesting? Part 2? Batman, for the same reasons
Most Heroic? Has to be captain america, just has a sense of morals and reason that are right up my alley.

Iron Man isn't a Super Hero. He's a vigilante who joined The Avengers. He has no powers.
Same goes with Batman. Excepting the Avengers thing.

Superman isn't a Super Hero. He's god. The only thing he can't do is anything he hasn't tried yet.

Wolverine isn't a Super Hero. He's a mutant, and an X-man. What he does doesn't follow the archetype of how super hero's function.

Polls for these are terrible, it's always too limiting.

As far as the people who do follow the archetype? Captain America.....Or Thor.
This seems to disagree with you.

A superhero is a type of stock character, dedicated to protecting the public. Since the debut of the prototypical superhero Superman in 1938, stories of superheroes ? ranging from brief episodic adventures to continuing years-long sagas ? have dominated comic books and crossed over into other media. The word itself dates to at least 1916. A female superhero is sometimes called a superheroine. "Super heroes" is a trademark co-owned by DC Comics and Marvel Comics.
OT: Batman is my favourite, just because he's badass.
