the fact is when I look back on ocarina of time I remember being to young to get any of the puzzles so I'd just enlist help of various friends.

I remember being stuck in the deku tree for about a month because I had no idea how to set fire to a web that was on the floor. That, my friends, is a dick move by designers and not JUST my sheer stupidity (well, I was like 7 at the time though).

If you were older at the time would your opinion be the same? Have you played the game since then? J/w.

yeah, I played it again, but then there was the fucking water temple which is notorious in it's douchebaggery. I did get past it eventually but not without reading a walkthrough so I knew what I was meant to be doing. Then I got bored again in ganons castle so I stopped playing.

Because you made a thread involving firearms, whereas Spade is very anti-firearms, you had a disagreement. That does not give you the right to tell him to get off of your thread.

Why is it that everyone who goes around playing the "LOL NO LIFE!" card is on the exact same website as their target?
I find that both hypocritical, and incredibly ironic.

Also, moral values? When did that become the subject of this? Wrongful judgement more like it.
Furthermore, flaming is not tolerated here. I love the Escapist, and it is an avid part of my life. Do I spend 24/7 here? Hell no, I have a life. A great one at that.
Learn to be more respectful of everyone else's lifestyles, and stop judging them because of it.

I am going to agree with the others who wonder how you make a Zelda poll but leave out A Link to the Past. It's doesn't deserve to be lumped into an "other" category.

Ocarina of Time. MM was great, and the time system was indeed well done, but the stress and constant recapping turned me off. Not to say that it was bad, just not my kind of game.

I'm going to go for twilight princess i don't let nostalgia blind me and twilight princess took what ocarina of time, majoras mask and wind waker did and perfect them without re- writing the formula/

Majora's Mask, but I would like it more if Majora wasn't a pushover. She's too easy to beat, even without the Fierce Deity's Mask.
