Poll: your favourite console

I much preferred gaming before the invention of the analog stick. If we needed analog in my day, we had either a mouse, or one of these:

I actually still have this model, and I still use it for piloting sims of all kinds

As Yahtzee would say, this argument comes clearly from people who can't afford more than one console (I believe his words were moreso along the lines of "mommy can't afford to buy them a second console"), so they have to bitterly defend theirs to end the end as the best console. And I would side with Yahtzee in saying(at least this is what I believe he is saying) that each console has its pros and cons, advantages and disadvantages. So there is really no need to argue over which is better or not.

looking at overal terms of quality Id say SNES and PS2 were the best consoles ever

and PC of coarse

PS2 for library size.

The backwards compatibility is what makes the library size blow the SNES out of the water.

And PC makes me angry when I cannot play old games on a new OS.

Although, if I had been older for it, maybe I would be saying the Colecovision my family had when I was about 5. It had an attachment that allowed us to play Atari games as well, and good times were had, that I vaguely remember.

Ps2, MASSIVE game library and it's full of gems.
I still like the Ps1 tough, even when only a handful games for it i still can play for more than an hour before getting bored of the dullness

I mostly play on PC because I like chattin on the forums and talking to my mates on skype. My xbox360 is growing on me but it's still second place. I have a Wii but my nephew has stolen it, who knows when I may see it again. He also stole all my spare stylus for my Pink DS so I hope I don't lose mine...
